Return Policy

At Rush Rush Boxes London, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, products must remain completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For our packaging supplies, this means boxes must remain flat-packed and rolls of tape or wrap must not be unrolled or tampered with.

To initiate a return or an exchange, you must first contact us by emailing pedro@rushrushboxeslondon.co.uk with your order details. If you are reporting faulty or damaged packaging supplies, we kindly ask that you attach clear photographs of the issue to this initial email to help us resolve the matter swiftly.

Once your return is authorised, you have two options for handing the items back. You may post the items back to our store unit at 60 Gossamer Gardens, Hackney, London, E2 9FN. If you choose this route, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. Alternatively, local customers can drop off their returns or exchange incorrect box sizes directly in person at our Gossamer Gardens unit. This in-person service is strictly by appointment only, and we will schedule a mutually convenient date and time to meet at the store when you contact us.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs, unless the purchased items arrived faulty or damaged. Free-of-charge packaging supplies are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, for postal returns, we do not offer direct exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted goods for a refund and place a new order online.

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. If you are returning your entire order, we will also refund the standard original delivery cost. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few additional working days for the funds to clear and appear in your bank account.

Your statutory rights are fully protected. When you purchase from us as a consumer, nothing on this website shall affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
