General Terms & Conditions

General Information and Agreement

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and the purchase of products from Pedro C. trading as Rush Rush Boxes London. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We may update these conditions periodically without prior notice, and your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any changes. If you have any queries, please email us directly, and your enquiry will be prioritised.

Order Placement and Contract Formation

A binding contract between you and Rush Rush Boxes London is only formed once your order has been processed and dispatched. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are not a minor. You also warrant that all personal details provided during checkout are completely accurate and that you are not using a false name or an identity you are not authorised to use. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchased items and the total price.

Cancellations and The Returns Process

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a refund, all items must remain entirely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Specifically for our packaging supplies, cardboard boxes must remain flat-packed, and rolls of tape or bubble wrap must not be unrolled or tampered with. Free of charge items are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return or exchange, you must first email pedro@rushrushboxeslondon.co.uk with your order details. If you are reporting faulty or damaged goods, please attach clear photographs of the issue to your initial email to facilitate a swift resolution.

Return Logistics and Refunds

Once we authorise your return, you may post the items back to our unit at 60 Gossamer Gardens, Hackney, London, E2 9FN. We strongly advise using a tracked postal service because we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Alternatively, local customers can drop off returns or exchange incorrect box sizes in person at our Gossamer Gardens location. This service operates strictly by appointment, which we will arrange mutually via email. Customers are responsible for covering all return postage costs unless the items arrived damaged or faulty. We do not offer direct postal exchanges; therefore, you must return the unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the standard original delivery cost.

Liability and Statutory Rights

We strive to ensure all information on our website regarding materials and sizes is as accurate as possible, but we make no express or implied warranties regarding its absolute accuracy. Furthermore, we make no warranties regarding the website’s uninterrupted use, and it is your responsibility to ensure your equipment is protected from viruses. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All transactions and interactions are governed strictly by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Severance

If any provision within these terms and conditions is deemed void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason by a competent legal authority, that specific provision shall be severed from the rest of the agreement. The remaining terms and conditions will continue to be fully valid and legally binding.
