3. Assessement

We will verify whether the boxes have been used and ensure they are free of tape marks, structural damage, or damp that would prevent us from repurposing.

4. Customer Account is Credited

Credit is added to your account for a future purchase, up to £0.45 per new box returned.

  • We accept all sizes we've sold to you.

Exclusions

This programme excludes purchases made via third-party platforms due to commission structures.

Return Within Two Years

Boxes must be returned within two years of purchase and delivered to us to qualify for credit.
